How to live beauty full:
1.Define beauty.
- Know it. Dictionary.com says beauty is:
- the quality present in a thing or person that gives intense pleasure or deep satisfaction to the mind, whether arising from sensory manifestations (as shape, color, sound, etc.), a meaningful design or pattern, or something else (as a personality in which high spiritual qualities are manifest).
- Own it.
2. Find beauty.
- Look for the shape, the color, the sound, even the taste of beauty.
- Find it in simple patterns in nature, in people, in your day. It’s in the perfection of honeycomb and smiles and apples sliced down the equator.
- Its flavor gives intense pleasure and deep satisfaction both to the tastebuds and to the mind.
- Slow down and wait for it.

3. Create beauty.
- When you can’t find it, create it. When you do find it, make more.
- Elevate both mind and spirit, yours and other’s, by designing meaningful, purposeful, beautiful work:
- ie. loving your people, washing their undies (folding is optional), making a meal, making a difference.
- Make it.

When Mother Teresa received the Nobel Prize, she was asked,
“What can we do to promote world peace?”
She answered,

If it’s not sacrilege, I’d like to add to Mother Teresa’s wisdom:
Go home and create beauty
until it’s spilling out of the windows,
until it’s spilling out of the souls
of the people who live there.
